SHIPPING
SOFT SOCIETY only ships within the European Union. We offer free shipment for all orders within Benelux when a valid promo code is submitted.
All orders are shipped with Bpost or PostNL and may require a signature upon delivery. These carriers usually operate between 9am—6pm on business days. Kindly note that due to the current pandemic longer delivery times may occur.
The indicated delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Any delay cannot lead to the cancellation of the sale, refusal of the goods and/or to any compensation payable to the customer.
TAXES AND DUTIES
No additional taxes or customs duties are charged for articles that are shipped within the European Union.
INSURANCE
SOFT SOCIETY insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to your doorstep. All orders require signature upon delivery, at which point the responsibility for the shipment passes to you.
RETURNS
You have the right to return or exchange your order within 14 days after the date of delivery.
If you wish to return or exchange your order, please do let us know!
If you wish to return or exchange your order (or a part of your order), please reply to your order confirmation mail or send an email to info@soft-society.com with your order confirmation number, mentioning the following:
1. The article you want to return
2. The reason for the return (we appreciate your feedback!)
3. If applicable, the article you want in exchange (if available in stock)
We will reply to your request asap, with the return information, containing the return confirmation form and return address.
Once your return has been received and accepted, either your refund will be completed via the original payment method (shipping costs will be deducted where applicable) or your exchange order will be shipped within 3 working days.
Please note in case of refund, it may take up to 10 working days for you to receive the amount on your bank account or credit card.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
-All items must be returned undamaged, unworn and in the original packaging. We allow ourselves the right to refuse returns that are not in original, unworn condition.
-Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense.
-We advise you to use a parcel courier with tracking service.
